The Trip
The TRIP is a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a mix of efforts, including short explosive bursts, endurance phases and recoveries. Ride with the energy of the group as we climb, sprint and lean through a captivating virtual landscape that dares to challenge our intensity and push our limits.
Meta Pwr
MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a 30-minute circuit class combining resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.
MetaPWR carefully selects equipment offering both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non-plyometric bodyweight exercises promotes muscle adaption and growth, heightens your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat. The use of weighted equipment also helps with bone density.
MetaFit
Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) training techniques to set the metabolism on fire.
GRIT Strength
If you want big results, fast then you need High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Based on new research proven to deliver accelerated fat burning and hormone benefits, the class is designed to enhance health and wellbeing in just 30 minutes. In this workout you will use a barbell, weight plate and a variety of body weight exercises that focus on all your major muscle groups.
Body Pump
Burn up to 600 calories in this 60-minute workout challenging all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Work to your goals and choose your weights to achieve the results you want.
RPM
Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Zumba
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective, exhilarating and calorie-burning.
Core
Looking for a short, sharp workout that'll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening your body? Core is for you! Core is ideal for tightening your tummy and glutes, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. All in just 30 minutes.
Body Balance
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Booty Blast
This class is designed to target the entire lower body. It focuses on helping you condition, tone and strengthen your calves, thighs and glutes, and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Sprint
This 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout uses an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
The 30 minutes you put into a Sprint workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.
HIITCIRCUIT
HIITCIRCUIT is a 30 minute super intense HIIT workout, designed to build muscle, increase power and burn hundreds or calories. This workout uses a barbell, weight plate, step and bodyweight exercise to provide you with the all-round ultimate workout.
LesMills Shapes
Shapes is a 45 minute class, which is an invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.
SD
Strength Development is a 45 minute class. A full body functional strength workout. We focus on setting a strong foundation of good technique within a traditional compound strength training structure. This entire workout is in intervals of time, with tempo guilds. This workout is off the beat of the music, and you decide the weights you would like to work with.
