Hire one of our bright and bouncy aqua runs for your next child’s birthday party or sports team windup
Little and big kids can join the fun, with two age-appropriate sizes to choose from:
- The Big Aqua run is placed in the deep end of the pool, creating a fun challenge for those eight years old and above and water-confident. At 18.9m long and 2.4m high, take the challenge and see if you can beat the current record of 8.2 seconds!
- The Kiddydash Aqua run is the perfect entertainment for younger children from five years of age, and is placed in the shallower end of the pool. This slide is smaller at 14.8m long and 1.7m high.

Booking conditions
For the safety of all visitors to the centre, Karratha Leisureplex reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of adverse weather conditions, including:
electrical storms, with lightning within a 10km range
sustained winds of 40km/h or above
Cyclones:
Blue Alert: the centre will remain open and all bookings will be honoured. Please follow the directions of centre staff; should the cyclone’s status be upgraded to yellow alert, the centre will close
Yellow Alert: the centre will close to the public and any affected bookings will be cancelled
If your booking is cancelled due to adverse weather, your booking may be rescheduled for a later date depending on availability. If the booking has been prepaid and you are unable to reschedule the booking, fees will be refunded by the City of Karratha
Please allow three weeks for the cheque to be issued
Watch Around Water policy
For your child’s safety, please note our Watch Around Water policy:
Children under five years must be constantly supervised from within arm’s reach while in the centre. When the child is in the water, the parent/guardian must be in the water too
Children under 10 years must be accompanied into the centre and constantly supervised by a parent/guardian while at the centre. The parent/guardian must have a clear view of the child at all times
Unsupervised children (of any age) will be removed from the water if the lifeguard is concerned for their safety
