Offering gym facilities, swimming lessons, programs for children and social sporting competitions, Karratha Leisureplex in the Pilbara's premier recreation facility.

With three water areas, two gym spaces, a group fitness room and a bike studio featuring Virtual RPM, and multi-purpose indoor sport courts and a range of flexible and accessible membership options, everyone is welcome to explore how we can help you meet your health and wellness goals.

Full membership 

Our highest level of membership is a pass to access our fitness centre and aquatic facilities. Use our fitness centre 24/7*, swim laps or laze by our leisure pools and enjoy our wide range of group fitness classes. Our full membership is our best value package, letting you tailor a comprehensive fitness program to your needs, lifestyle and schedule. Gym/Strength and Conditioning Room (SCR) membership

Karratha Leisureplex boasts a fully functioning gym with pin, free weight and cardio equipment that is available 24 hours* a day, as well as a high-quality strength and conditioning room with state-of-the-art crossfit rigs, turf track for sleds and kettlebells designed for functional fitness. We also have a team of highly qualified gym instructors and personal trainers who can help you achieve your goals (extra charges apply)

Members have the choice to pick a fitness room which is most suited to their training style. This membership is limited to one fitness room only, granting you access to either the main fitness centre or SCR room. 24-hour access is not available for the SCR room

Group fitness membership

A group fitness membership gives you access to the widest range of group fitness classes in Karratha. We have a huge selection of classes including the Les Mills suite of products plus many more that are delivered by our friendly instructors such as Yoga, Warrior and Aqua to name a few. Best of all, a group fitness membership lets you choose from all of our timetabled classes

Aquatic membership

Whether you’re a lap swimmer or you just like to cool off in summer or have a family BBQ, an aquatic membership gives you access to our pools during opening hours. Featuring an eight lane OIympic-sized swimming pool, 25m heated lap and leisure pool and splash pad for the kids, the aquatic membership is perfect for those who love the water

Our aquatic memberships are available for use during pool operating hours only

Corporate membership

Discounted memberships are available for groups corporate groups of 10 or more people. Eligible corporations are entitled to 10% off any upfront 3 and 6 month membership, and 20% off any 12 month membership.

Corporate membership offers must be paid upfront.

Fortnightly memberships

Price is per fortnightly direct debit payment and must for a minimum 3 months (ongoing contract that can be cancelled upon request after the minimum contract period).

Contract may be cancelled after the initial 3 month period. Direct debit suspension or on hold fee is $10.00.

24 hour access 

Price allows 24 hour access to fitness centre. A short induction is required prior to any 24hr membership being activated. The 24hr component of any membership is non-transferable. 

Concession rates

Concession rates of 50% discount apply for under 18s, health care card holders or seniors (gym/group fitness and full members). Concession rates of a 30% discount apply for under 18s, health care card or seniors card only (swim members).

Concession cards accepted are Western Australian Health Card, the Veteran's Gold Card and the Western Australian Senior's Card.
