She has experience in Thump Boxing (Beginner Level 1 and Advanced Level 2) and certified in popular group fitness programs including Les Mills Sprint, Body Pump, MetaFit, and MetaPWR. Laura’s expertise ensures engaging and effective workouts tailored to all fitness levels.

My fitness story started a number of years ago. As soon as I changed my mindset, I started seeing results and progress. I then realised I wanted to continue that and help others realise their own potential and that you can achieve what you put your mind to.
